"We are trying to develop a defensive curveball. It is something that we can go to if we need a few defensive stops. We need something different other than man to man defense to get teams out of rythm," Richmond said.

Richmond talked about the balance of his team:

"We are a balanced team. It is not going to be everyone's night on the same night. Our guys continue to improve and have success. For example GB (Adio) didn't score on Saturday but he was +17 in the plus minus which was far and away the highest on our team."

Then he gave this thought:

"This one starts on the defensive end for us. They have some firepower. We can't let anyone go off. We need to rebound, move the ball, run, and play inside-out."

Dames simplified things:

"We need to dominate from the jump and get a win on our home floor."
