Four From MEC Secure Region Bids

The Mountain East Conference saw four teams secure bids to the 2024 NCAA Tournament. The University of Charleston Golden Eagles won the automatic qualifier as the Mountain East Conference Tournament Champions. They are the #3 seed in the region and will take on fellow MEC foe Concord on 3.15 @ 7:30 PM. #4 West Liberty received an at large bid and will take on #5 Millersville on 3/15 @ 5 PM. Also receiving an at large bid was #7 West Virginia State. The Yellow Jackets will take on #2 Cal Pa on 3/15 @ 5 PM. Top seeded Gannon will host the top half of the bracket on take on #8 Lincoln (PA.) The region is split with Gannon hosting the top half and Cal (PA) the bottom half due to Gannon hosting both men's and women's regionals this weekend.
